When it comes to shipping our products we don‘t stop thinking sustainable. All our produts are being shipped by DHL GoGreen in cartons of grass and cushioned by recycled paperpadding. Our Thank You Cards are printed on seed paper so that our customers can makethere home pretty with their own planted flowers.  We currently ship throughout Germany and to Austria. Every order is prepared for shipment within 48 hours. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email. The delivery times are 2-3 working days.

Orders out of the EU have additional shipping costs of EUR 15.00

RETURNS

 

For hygienic reasons, opened products cannot be exchanged or returned. However, if for any reason you want to return your products up to 14 days after your purchase, please contact our customer service: hola@lavios.com  and we'll take care of the rest. All inquiries are answered within 48 hours, depending on the volume.
